Victor Hugo is a underground hip hop music producer/artist in Austin Texas. Producing music is second nature to this multi talented individual. When he’s not laying down tracks in the studio or writing lyrics he is thinking about how to improve his music. Though it’s hard to span an entire genre, he tries to just stick to what he knows and likes. He has released an EP back in June of 2016 title “Just Vibe“.
